Mansoor Haghighi, also known as Mansoor Mahzoonhaghighi, is a Canadian tech entrepreneur based in the Toronto area, building across multiple ventures at the intersection of software, sales, and regulated industries. Born in Shiraz, Iran, he has built his career in Canada across enterprise technology, government procurement, and software.
He is Co-Founder & CEO of Root Skills, an AI-powered platform for Ontario licensed childcare centres. Root Skills helps educators and supervisors generate ELECT-aligned weekly program plans, turn raw observation notes into formal portfolio documentation, and manage AQI quality assessments — built with co-founder Roza Azari, a Registered Early Childhood Educator and childcare centre supervisor.
He is also Founder & Managing Director of Canada's Sunshine Inc., a software reseller and government contracting firm focused on the public sector, working across federal procurement vehicles and municipal RFPs.
Through Sunshine Growth — a division of Canada's Sunshine Inc. — Mansoor works as a hands-on growth partner to a small number of founder-led companies with deep domain expertise, in fields like healthcare and finance, co-building their complete revenue systems: web platforms, SEO and generative-engine optimization, AI-assisted content, and outbound programs. Sunshine Growth is deliberately selective, structuring engagements with shared upside rather than agency-style project fees.
Before founding his companies, Mansoor spent 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales across SaaS, AI, industrial IoT, and construction technology, including carrying a $5M+ Ontario territory and closing seven-figure public sector deals through channel partnerships. He holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Tehran and a Construction Engineering Technician diploma from George Brown College.
